If you want to save on printing these reports, why not check your printer options and see if you can print using the "Page Layout printing" option (or something similar) and select "2-up". Depending on your printer this should allow you to print 2 pages on a single A4 page.
It is still quite readable and you can save both on paper and ink. You can also print in just black & white to save colour ink.
You still may need to find your glasses but at least you can still enjoy the read and help save the environment and your hip pocket.
